We're located in Steele, MO, and we can get equipment to you wherever you are. Here's how it works.

Pickup at Our Location

Free. You're welcome to pick up any equipment from our location. Just let us know when you're coming so we can have everything ready.

Bring your own trailer or truck, or rent one locally. We can help with loading. Give us a call to schedule a pickup time.

Delivery / Shipping

We deliver ourselves with our own trailers. No third-party haulers in the middle, no waiting on someone else's schedule - just us, our truck, and your equipment showing up when we said it would.

How It Works:

  2. 2We quote a flat rate right then - no surprises later
  3. 3We pick a day that works for you and lock it in
  4. 4We hook up, hit the road, and unload it on your place

Typical Costs:

We price by the mile and the size of the load. Rough ballpark:

  • Local & nearby (within a few hours): $150 - $400
  • Regional (within a few states): $400 - $900
  • Longer hauls or oversized loads - call for a quote

Bringing Your Own Hauler

If you'd rather line up your own hauler or have a buddy with a trailer, no hard feelings - just let us know who's coming and when, and we'll have the equipment ready to load.

Some folks find good deals on sites like uShip, Central Dispatch, or through a local trucking outfit. Whoever you pick, we're happy to work with them.

Where We Ship

Most of the lower 48. We run our own trailers across a wide range, and if it's drivable from Steele, we can usually get it there. The farther out you are, the more we figure into the rate - just give us a call and we'll let you know.

Out of our reach? If somewhere is too far for us to run ourselves, we can point you to haulers we've worked alongside or help you ship through a third party. Alaska, Hawaii, and international are doable but you'd be coordinating with an outside carrier.

Timing

Pickup: Usually ready within a day or two of payment clearing. Just call ahead so we can have it pulled around front for you.

Our delivery: Once we have your address and the date is locked in, we typically roll out within 3-10 days depending on how the schedule looks and the haul distance. We'll text you the day we're heading out.

Need it fast? Tell us up front. If we can rearrange the route to get you bumped up, we will - sometimes there's a small premium for that, sometimes there isn't.

If Something Goes Wrong

When the equipment shows up, walk around it before we leave. If anything looks off from the photos or the listing, flag it then and there and snap some photos.

What to do:
  • 1. Look the machine over with us at unload
  • 2. Take photos of anything that doesn't match the listing
  • 3. Talk to us right there - or call within 24 hours: (573) 279-1611
  • 4. We'll work it out with you. We'd rather make it right than argue.

Because we haul our own equipment, you're dealing directly with us start to finish - no hauler middleman to chase down for damage claims.
